I am currently getting my domain names from RegisterFly.com . Though the have stopped supporting PayPal.

Does anyone know of another registrar that offeres similiar prices and deals and supports paypal?

They don't list very many and i've already looked at those registrars. None of them seem to have the same deals and prices as register fly :(

You may also want to look at hosting companies who also offer domains. I would imagine quite a few of them will allow paypal. However pricing might be an issue. Just have to start doing some searching.
