So... Wandering into my 8am lab still hung over from the night before I start poking around my lab workstation.
The computers are set up for Visual Basic 6 progamming and other assorted MIS crap (Oracle, RFFlow, SAS)
Well humor has it that one of the programs included into the VB Suite is a little one called process viewer. Double click... Load...
Hmm... 2 little process called KEYAC.exe KEYAC32.exe
The desktop protection software used by our school is KeyAccess...
So I wonder what happens if I will these proccess?.. Duh...
I really want to find the people that set up our lab computers and watch them play with their balls of string
How are they going to included a program specifically designed to view and kill proccess on computers designed for locked-down desktops.
Almost as bad as when I was in middle school and you could simply Ctrl + Alt + Delete and kill the program that you didn't know...
Ahh... The irony involved in the job called IS Security Experts.
