Has anybody use such plans and are there any good? Some look attractive because they offer good commisions but i am interested to hear from someone used or using such affliliate plans.

I am not talking about resellerpanel, i am talking about hosts offering a variety of plans ( shared, resellers, dedicated plans) and not just two basic plans

And if there any any reliable hosting companies that u would suggest.

I would imagine most hosts wouldn't tell you if they are just offering affiliate plans to customers. That would defeat the purpose.

I can see a lot of issues with it, for instance if they signup from your site, will they come back to your site looking for support? If they do then either you have to go through the affiliate companies support or you have to tell them that they can get support from the affiliate company and it doensn't make you look great.

I can see it working for a small number of clients, but I don't think it would grow into anything large...

nikg, one thing about Resellers Panel (http://www.resellerspanel.com) that is not evident from a quick glance at their site - they are just about ready to introduce at least two more hosting plans that are going to cover a much wider market area.

Now, as far as something that is not Resellers Panel, I would recommend HostCentric (http://www.hostcentric.com) as a superb runner-up. With HostCentric's private-label plan, you can offer Windows hosting, Linux hosting, and e-commerce hosting - thirteen different hosting plans in all. Plus, they provide the support, billing etc. And, if you price like we have at our myNameWeb.com site, the commissions are quite attractive! :)

Contrary to what Lubby says (and no offense meant), I know from experience that it is possible to grow these "affiliate-type" hosting businesses to something of a significant size. Once you realize you are an ordinary hosting company, you will do much better - if you partner with one of these companies, and hold the thought that you are only an affiliate or reseller, no, you won't get very far.

you can also consider the hostgator also for affiliates planes for that, they also have losts of plans
