Deposit balance must not drop below the initial £2000.00 21inchguns 04-19-2002, 10:09 AM you could also have a look at valis.org (I dont know anything about them though) Mike Feury 04-19-2002, 06:42 PM You could look into registering a business in Delaware. I think you can use an agent to process the whole thing without you having to physically visit the state. It should be possible to get a bank account for the business then. Couple of links: Incorporating in Deleware (http://www.state.de.us/corp/corp.htm) Deleware site (http://www.delaware.gov) Someone on those sites should be able to answer your questions. Another possibility is Nevada, which I hear is easier for foreigners. Nevada site (http://silver.state.nv.us/) Incorporation Links (http://sos.state.nv.us/comm_rec/index.htm) Nevada's site seems less organized to me :) -RJ- 04-19-2002, 07:29 PM For non-US citizens wanting a US bank account, a great option is to form a Nevada corporation. You can hold 100% of the shares in the company and be a non-US citizen, or even anonymous. Your corporation would then be able to own a bank account at any US bank. PM me if you need assistance incorporating. I can help for incorporating in any of the 50 states. RJ tatayoyo 03-09-2005, 11:15 PM I have my bank account opened with hsbc usa for two months now. I used Easy Corp Ltd to get this account opened and it was done within one month. Maybe it can help... this is totally free banking with HSBC. http://www.***********************/main.php?f=banking They also opened me a personal bank account in a private bank in New York.
