Just a quick poll.. please be as honest.. I'm not asking for details or anything.

I'm just trying to figure out what kind of "avg" I can expect after my efforts have or are paying off.

The last option should have been $4500 or higher.

Thanks!

Please note that Gross and Net are two very different things. ;) Are you sure that you want the Gross income and not the Net?

Perhaps you should also post a time frame, like hosts in business after 6 months or a year -- else you might get skewed results.

Hosts in business 2 or 3 months will likely vote the lower numbers and hosts in business 6-18 months will likely vote the higher numbers. The poll won't be accurate for your intensive purposes (as I think they are). ;)

I wish I could, however.. there is no way to ask 2 questions in the same poll.. and if I asked people to post a response.. few would due to the obvious privacy issues.

I'm limited to one question at a time.. so ya.. the answers are not THAT helpful... but they are better than no answers.

Allright, Gross "income" or gross incoming sales/recurring sales?

To me income is just that, what's left over after paying the bills and taxes, yes it's quite gross but I always called it "net income" and gross sales.

for gross sales - your numbers are quite low, bump them up a bit, ok a lot

for net income hmm surely it's a bit low for that too, we've only been around 6 months and I fall in the middle there.

Gary,

Too confusing mate. :D

How about 3 categories, gross, net and profit?

Gross - Love them figures! :)
Net - What we see after Revecom have taken their slice. :(
Profit - that tiny piece left after you've paid the staff, the hardware and any continuing development.

We started in December and the figures for all 3 are way above $4999.
