Are those two different networks? Is it possible to pick which network you want to be on? I am getting totally different traces on those two.

Can you give more information on which connections each of your two networks have? I could not find much information from your web site.

They are two different networks. From the About Us page on our website, "For Internet connectivity, we currently utilize four (4) Gigabit Ethernet connections from multiple providers which terminate in our datacenter and are used exclusively for our clients." We have two providers with redundant GigE (1000Mbps) fiber connections to each.
