eservers.biz have this statement on their website:

100% Uptime SLA - Not 99.9%, 99.99% or even 99.999%! We promise 100% network availability, guaranteed in writing

Now I know eservers.biz use DV2 who run Tranxactglobal, so I was wondering if Tranxactglobal make such a bold statement?

Obviously if eservers.biz can say it and they are based in the same NOC then Tranxactglobal can say it, but I wondered if they actually did/would?

Also, has anyone using either of these two companies decided whether they live up to this statement or not?

might want to check what they offer if they dont fulfill it, i'm sure it's not the whole month free. If they don't make the 100%, they might just buckle up their pants and pay back the $5 or whatever it would come out to that they owed you according to their agreement, or something of that nature.

TranxactGlobal relies on Aleron and Cogent (currently).

Aleron offers a 99.99% SLA.
I guess if you consider 99.99% + the Cogent pipe, you can consider it to be 100%, unless it's a very bad day...
