Hi guys,
Can anyone guide me about how can my assigned ip address(es) have a reverse DNS entry?
Thanks.
Kindest regards,
Choon

Assuming your network provider has actually delegated the DNS to you, it's as simple as setting up a reverse zone, and adding each IP to it. However if your Provider does some kooky classless in-addr.arpa, then you will have to contact them to find out how they have it setup, and what you need to do on your end.
The following HOWTO walks you through setting up your DNS including a reverse.

Thanks Dan ;)
I will ask my provider about it.
