also, what percentage of your customers pay by check(not including paypal) and which payment processor are you using, or do you have your own merchant account (to make it easier to transfer all this also ;))

Actually, it's not that uncommon for a host to create a new username and hotmail address. There are plenty of legitimate reasons for a host to do so......Maybe they didn't want their customers to know right away that they were selling their company....
