Hello All,

Well It is getting close to Vacation time and I am not sure about you all but I am looking for some help for the week. My partner is a CPA. He is good at billing but is not so good at support.

You would thing their would be a very good market for this service. I have done a search and only found one company. The bad thing is they are not taking on any other customers. They said that they could not even take on one for a week!

If I need help with Vacations I am sure others do. I have asked my NOC but they say they don't know how to handle it.

Again this smells like money to me!

What do you all think about Outsourced Support for Web Hosting - SHORT TIME -?

Any one know about some one doing this?

If the firm knew your systems and policies, etc., then maybe it would work, but could you hire someone (I mean *you* hire a tech to work at the office) for only a couple of weeks? Seems to me that it would take a long time just to get them up to speed.

I've heard about people using bobcares.com for outsourced tech support, maybe they're worth looking in to.

Chicken,

My partner would be here for the P&P questions. I also tell all to our customers. They would know that we had Outsourced the support. I have found our customers are good about things if you just let them know what is going on!

Avail,

Thanks for the link. They look just like the type of company I am looking for!

If any one has used bobcares.com please let me know!
