I recently posted that I thought CPanel with the WebHost Manager was the best control panel, but I may have mispoke. After reviewing Ensim again, it doesn't look bad. It has a file manager, and appears to offer more control over resold accounts that CPanel/WHManager. I still can't find a file manager on Plesk. None of the control panels mentioned appear to offer a billing solution. Is that usually a separate program?

I'm really looking for a control panel that will allow me to add my own perl scripts to it for resold accts. CPanel doesn't allow this. Do any of the other control panels?
