Who's the best reseller to go with that will support your clients directly, even if they charge an extra fee? I want them to have good uptime too. Thanks.

This is what I am looking for, also. Hopefully your question gets new names in with good uptime.

It would be great to go for a bulk account and support customers yourself. Generally once you have figured it out ,most customers have similar issue like email setup etc..

I think most of us know it's better to support your own customers "if" you can, but that was not the question.

Did you do a search on here for each company? That might help..
