Are you guys able to recieve email or another way for support? I sent an email but I'm having a problem access my server for the last 5 minutes. Unfortunetly, your website is slow as well so I don't know if you got my email requesting support or answer on whats going on. I was not informed of any scheduled downtimes.

Is there a network problem? And will you guys have another method of contact for situations like this when your site and everything is down how do we know if you are aware of the problem?

Just wanted to update that on a Satuday I got a fast reply and excellent explanation. My fears are qualmed. I just get uneasy as I'm running a real time blacklist so I hope no one is attacking my server or network. But for email only response the response time is great!
