Hi all (first post after searching)

Here is what I have:
- a cpanel/whm reseller account + fantastico + rvskin
- a sw-soft sitebuilder reseller account (my webhost has the full admin console)

Here is what I can't do:

1) after publishing a new site for the first time, I cannot see any sites/accounts on the Site Management menu on my reseller administration console. Therefore I cannot change anymore the site password and the site plan.

2) the shop module doesn't work at all (doesn't show anything) on any site.

Anyone with these problems?

Believe it or not I completely missed that :mad:
I subscribed the sw-soft sitebuilder mailing list and posted my issues there but, honestly, I completely missed the sw-soft forums. Sorry guys.
