as long as you spam people (search threads for 'supersize hosting'), i will hope nobody will ever ever take you up on one of your offers.

spam sucks and you're part of the problem!

We have never, ever, NEVER sent spam. We ARE NOT Velocity Hosting. We are Host Velocity (hostvelocity.com), a.k.a, Velocity Systems, Inc and we are located in Georgia.
If you have an axe to grind find someone else. But your (pending) apology is accepted.
Have a great day!

a) sorry for the mixup.

b) in looking at the similarities between names, i think you can be a little easier on people who mix you up--it's not their fault. not that it's yours, but it's up to you to decide if you want to make sure there is no confusion. sue them, but don't send me cranky email telling me to get my facts straight. it's quite clear where the mixup was.

c) an axe to grind? look up the threads on this: you'll see i'm not out to grind an axe. it's myself and a lot of other folks who are fed up with spammers--and they happen to be using YOUR name (or you're using theirs).

so why don't you call them up and deal with it to help avoid further confusion.
the other part of your message

which i thought was a little much, and i quote:

("Please, next time get your facts straight. We have a stand up organazation,
and I dare you to find one negative post about us on WHT. If you have any
questions, feel free to contact me any time.")

you don't need to take people to task for honest mistakes. simply clear the air. i would have been much more apologetic if not for the tone.

YOU have a nice day.

You are the one that jumped all down this guys neck... He doens't owe it to you to or anybody to change his company or website name just because you have a chip on your shoulder about some other company... When you hold grudges like that, you end up looking like a rear end. You are responsible for your rash accusations that can mean a lot of time spent cleaning up after you.

A lot of wasted time if you ask me
