I would recommend www.fastnetsupport.com. We use them to handle remote ticket support and some management stuff through KVM when our normal staff are busy and have been very pleased. Contact them through their contact form on their website.

Adios.

Touch Support is generally well regarded; and many people like the fact that they are based in the United States meaning: (i) You're supporting your local economy. (ii) Because they're based in the US, English is their mother tongue.

If you decide to go with them you should be in good hands.

If you do go with outsourced support, I'd defintiely reccomend Main Crew at www.maincrew.com. I would definitely avoid www.rootsupport.com, simply because their broken english responses offer very limited answers and make your company sound like kids, or idiots. They hardly ever fix the question at hand. That's why I prefer Main Crew, because all the techs working for us are english natives, or if they aren't, I cannot tell. I am a real spelling nazi so, you can tell it's important to me. :) Definitely go with outsourced U.S. or similliar support, you won't regret it.
