All the files zipped in one file. Each template consist of 4-5 html pages and jpg or gif files.

Actually these templates intended for ordinary people not for advance web designers, you can customize the texts or add additional images.

sorry MattS but we can't give you the psd files, you may not believe it, but we use a different technique to design the templates, so there are no psd files, next time we design templates we will make sure that we use psd files.
