IRC in terms of BNC or serving?
BNCs are fine
Serving has a seperate set of terms and conditions, and we will only be able to provide you with a service if a retainer is paid for possible DDoS attacks. Essentially if you get a DDoS LCD will be covered financially.

It would just be for personal bncs... is RDNS available?
What would the cost be for extra ips?
Is it possible to have Fedora installed?

LowCostDedi will process RDNS requests, usually takes 5 working days.
Extra Ips arent currently available on the LowCostDedi service.
Fedora can be installed for you instead of Debian, this will cost £10, this is the standard os reinstallation fee.
Patryk:
Additional bandwidth is charged at 99p per Gb if bought before use, and £1.50 per Gb for overusage.
The P2 400's only come with 6.5Gb HDs
To have a 20Gb drive you would need to purchase a Celeron 700
* Intel Celeron 700 Mhz processor
* 192 Mb ram
* 20 GB hard disk
* 2 IP addresses
* 40 Gb data transfer per month
This would cost you £35 per month with the additional bandwidth. LowCostDedi would be happy to offer this to you for £30 per month with a £29 setup.
Additionally if you were happy to pay annually LowCostDedi could offer you this service for £336 (£28 per month) with free setup.

Unfortunately this offer has ended.
They are currently running a no setup fee promotion.
There are also talks of dropping the celeron 700s to £15 a month.
