I am trying to find a affiliate program that I can design my site and have it look 100% how i would like it to appear without any traces of the hosting provider.

Also they will manage all clients and should not have any setup cost to (me) affiliates.

Sounds like you want an 'invisible affiliate program'.... however, I believe the words 'invisible' and 'affiliate' just cannot be used in the same sentence.. If you are an affiliate, then usually you can see who your selling stuff from...
