For an additional $30 on the ending bid i will customize the templates to suit the winners needs. (custom logo, content etc) The flash might cost more to edit depending how long it takes to do.

the flash looks great, but i think ur overselling too much. heck, even i beleive that 'simple' look is always the more professional look, but most people are are not like us, i suggest u lower the starting bid.

its all perfect with price and every thing...

how much do u think its worth?
im justifying the price on how long it took me and on the price i have sold previous designs for...

and also im selling the psd and fla file... the winning bidder could use it to edit it and make other sites with it...

u have to start from 150$ as its clean and professional...so lets see...:)

doesn't most people selling templates do give out the psd files? if not, then how will the buyer (if he/she know how to use photoshop) customize the template for her own site. thus i beleive that everything that a person used to create the template must be given at no extra cost, else what is the designer gonna do with it when the template gets sold.

ok i'll change the starting bid to $150...

u should really try watermarking/copyrighting ur templates, someone may try to copy the gif/swf/ and html files straight from that address u gave.

i took a screenshot and uploaded the GIF's...

come on people... where are the bids?
the site is already in html ready to use...

if no one is gonna bid just send me a price u think is reasonable for the designs and we will work something out...

if you can not end up selling it and want to cut your losses then i'll give you $70 for it??? Would not mind seeing the flash amin though.

i already lowered the starting bid from $170 to $150 so u can bid 150 if u want it. Remember that its already in html.

and $70 wouldnt cover the time i spent on it... sorry :P

they are 3 full customizable designs... if u think the prices are too high... post a bid for what u can afford.
