i got lots of questions to make
some of them are:
-> i got my server , how i do to register a domain to a client?
-> what software i can use to create user accounts when they want to buy hosting
-> what software i use to make "members area" the place where members can login.

You will need to have a reseller account by any domain name registrar service. But if you have less clients, you can use domain name selling services as well.

That depends on your requirement and budgent, i myself use AWBS system.

billing software have the same setup for member area :)

Honestly, you shouldn't be attempting to run a business until you know at lease the basics of the industry you're entering. Business is serious; you're dealing with people and their money. It is not to be taken lightly.

yes - you are asking some very basic questions that you should research yourself for a while first before coming to a forum. There are many many resources on the net that you can seek out to learn about this stuff. Try google.

Actually not "before" coming to any forum, but before taking any such step. Without knowing the depth of the stream, its never wise to step in (knowing how to swim is a must though)
