Uh.. I'm not sure if anyone is willing to share this info.. but it's worth a try. (I'm trying to price my packages, etc..)
In your experience, what is the "sweet spot" for customers regarding price? I'm not asking for specs or anything like that.
Maybe just reply with your most common sale price.
ie: Most of my new customers spend under $5 a month.
Thanks very much, I appreciate the help.

I'd suggest you don't set your goals on how many customers you get but on how much profit you'll make. 100 customers paying $14 per month is less work and more profit than 300 paying $5 per month.

I definately agree, but without a good reputation, I probably won't be able to attract clients unless I have a very "good" (low) price.
If there are any secrets to getting the $14/month customers instead of the $5/month customers.. I'd love to know them. I'm just learning the marketing stuff, devouring these forums, etc.. but I'm getting the picture that the best way to start is by low price. That's why I asked my question.. just wondering what is the "sweetspot" so I don't go to high.
Thanks!

Well, that's what you need to start working on then.. Name branding and strong marketing.. The price isn't the only thing that sells. You will get clients even at $14 for your basic package (100 mb's space, etc) if you know what you are doing. If you skip the hard marketing and name branding work, sure you'll still get lots of customers.. except you'll be working all day and not making as much as you should! Look at how expensive the companies who've established a name for themselves are and those are the companies growing and making millions!
