I am in need of a secure order form. I would like for it to be customizable to the look of my site and easy to add to and what not. I offer web hosting with domain names, domain names by themselves and I am going to offer logo/web design and development soon. It would also need to interface with Echo-Inc which is where I have my merchant account.

This isn't needed but if you are familiar with OpenSRS I would like to find a way that I could reserve the name with the order form so that I can then go in and register it manually.

Any input from you would be appreciated.
