I'm looking for some sort of script that does this..

It lets the user pick their domain name or search for it, then it lets them pick the plan, then it says the terms and conditions, then takes them to the billing.

I'm not looking for something exactly like that- but something to aid in the domain selection / moving to the payment area type processing.

Is there anything out there like this that will do something like this or is a good frontend to the ordering process?

Do you already have a backend for the ordering process? If so I think you should post a new topic in the advertising forum. So that people with enough skills can reply to it. Because if I understand your post correctly you are requesting someone that could make a frontend for you.
