Hello:

Has anyone here ever used Rapidi Support (www.rapidisupport.com)? If so, could you let me know any comments etc. or anything that would help me decide before I sign up and test them myself? (before they get to do support for my clients of course).

Thanks.

~Matt

I signed up for Rapidisupport several weeks ago.

Here are my personal findings:

1) they do not supply you with even 10 hours of support for your clients, let alone 24/7

2) you pay for dedicated techs who are trained and what you actually get is someone working from home that does not answer a single email, ticket, or IM on the night shift

3) they cannot even meet their own contractual obligations as far as response times are concerned. they missed at least 5-10 tickets per day on the initial 1 hour response

4) they have changed their plans 3 times since i signed up...

5) they got a new CEO 2 days ago...

6) they promise a refund and then do not deliver for reasons uknown

7) nothing but emtpy promises from these folks

... you make your own decision though.

Nate, I'm curious to know more details about this (I'm familiar with everything else you've said about them  ).

I recently asked for a refund and was (eventually) told, "sure, we'll give it to you within 14 days."

I've never heard such a strange response.

Does anyone think I should be suspicious? If so, any advice on what to do? I paid by credit card, and am researching to see if a chargeback is possible should it become necessary. I might also start with SogePass, the third party merchant they use.

I'm also not sure if there will be problems in terms of rights and timing. I asked for a refund on day 18, well inside the industry standard 30 days. The 14 days it will take me for a refund will put me outside of that 30 days. Maybe this is naive, but I wonder if I should be suspicious about that too.

I would prefer not to put any more details in a public forum. I am not into flaming at all, i merely wanted to supply some of my basic findings.

As far as the refund, at first they told me 30 days... then they switched it to 14 days cause i through a fit... we will see what happens though, as i am a bit suspicious myself.

Whatever anyone does, i highly recommend you get a signed contract with money back guarantee terms in writing. This company may be a good fit for some, but simply not for me.
