Hi,

Sata Drives is $20 higher per drive. We do not have APC Remote Reboot, what we have is a web-based reboot portal which when filled up, a reboot request will be sent directly to the Data Center. SLA can be found here : http://forums.dedicatedplace.com/index.php?showtopic=34

Hi,

If from 73GB SCSI downgraded to 120GB SATA, you will have a price less of $20 and for 200GB SATA less $10 per drive/month.
