Hello,

I am interested on starting such a business. I would like to ask people the steps that I must do. I already bought the domain also the free hosting signup script and I plan to give visitors 25MB free cpanel accounts with instant activation. Is this a good idea?
I am also looking for partners who can help me by investing their free time, some money, work etc. Do you know where can I find them?

Thanks.

Have you come up with a plan for making money? Judging by the turnover rate the past decade, ad supported free hosting is not profitable for 99% of "free hosts".

I would not do instant activation unless you seriously know what you are doing. You will get hundreds of sign ups world wide primarily used to spam.
