I am having a logo contest to get a nice logo for my new hosting name. I am offering the following bounty so to speak for the best logo posted here that I like / and that works for my site.

To the best logo I am giving 150,000 banner impressions on a free hosting network (batcave.net) for a normal size banner, or 75 dollars if you aren't interested in that, or a button on the main batcave.net page for the rest of the year. The banner must not be of an adult nature :)

The domain is going to be www.axishost.com - and I would like to stay with the colors of www.batcavepro.com or something that matches that- where the background would be white (70 pixels max height , and 200 pixels max width) It would be nice if the banner's white portion would be able to be transparent but that is optional.

I'm basically looking for a nice clean corporate type logo, and I know some people in here can whip these up pretty fast.

I won't chose one from this until friday - and I hope there are at least a couple to chose from here :)

a logo with a white background wouldn't fit on the batcavepro.com design. would you like me to whip up a whole new header, or are you planning on having banners next to the logo?

I plan to get rid of the top part and make it white instead where the keyboard / line part is with the red button.

Is there a particular symbol/img you want near the text AxisHost? Or just the text 'AxisHost' in a creative/professional way?

I suppose just AxisHost together or Axis Host as two words- either is ok. Something you could put on a business card or marketing literature is sort of what I'm after.

Ok - first of all thank you to everyone that submitted a logo and I appreciate your work on this. To test these logos I actually put them on a copy of my site to see how each of these looked against my design. I also asked the opinion of everyone on my ICQ list which is quite a few people :)

The result is - progex is the winner. This was picked by everyone on my ICQ list except for one person and it looks great on my site. Please contact me to let me know which payment method you would like!
