Ok so I've been an Jumpline customer since '98...yes that is 4 years of torture.

Anyhow, can someone tell me how to set up a userID/password for a mysql database? I know how to create a database via phpMYadmin, but how do I setup a user and password for that database?

I am trying to setup a messageboard and it needs that information to install correctly.

i'd ask Jumpline support, but their 3 month response time is a little too much for me
