If you have a dedicated server, you can install any dlls that you like :)

Aren't .DLL's a Winblows thing only?

Intermedia.net has this feature. Check them out. Ive used them for ASP projects. They are pretty good.

Yeah, I would say you're going to need a windows host. Some offer this, some don't.

I want to say that definitivehosting.net can install custom dll's for you on their NT plans, but not entirely sure. You might want to check them out.
