View Full Version : What's the relation between Tranxactglobal and eServers.biz?

They have the exact same pricing, features, network, and so on. That somehow seems odd to me? :confused:

I think tranxactglobal is more aimed at selling in bulk and eservers.biz is what we could consider a value added reseller, which mean they are supposed to provide more support maybe?

Warning: below is only my personal opinion and you are not forced to read it :)

I don't care much what their relation is since both of them are unable to answer my sales questions. I've tried to contact both. Tranxactglobal did sent me a 3 word answer the second time, telling me to look at the website (where I could not find any of the answers to the questions I asked). I never received a reply from eservers.biz.

I am not trying to bash them, they are may be offering very good service but there is no way I'd personally ever go with a company who can't answer simple questions.

If eServers are value added resellers who offer better support, don't you think it's strange that they are charging the EXACT SAME as tranxact themselves and not a penny more.

Yup, it's a little strange. But I asked a few questions about their relation with tranxactglobal to the sales dept. at eservers.biz and, like I said, never got a reply so...

You might want to ask them directly, may be you'll have more luck than I did..

Probably, but you would think that if they were resellers they would get a volume discount and resell the servers as managed or semi-managed, and charge a bit more for the additional service. So I still have the feeling something is amiss... :rolleyes:

eServers are technically partners but simply just get amazing pricing discount from DV2(tranxactglobal) eServers also has someone working part time at the data center in DV2(tranxactglobal)

eServers themselves is UK based.

tranxactglobal IS dv2 (the data center) - eservers is technically a middle man - eServers is also more friendly, and fster to respond (when they do)

Well, really not their fault.
We work with DV2 too, and cannot offer any server currently...
BTW we are the ones who offer that managed service you mentioned ;)
(Well it's not like I'm advertising: there's nothing to sell at this time :cool: )

On a more serious note: the success of all DV2-related offers is tremendous, and the guys at the data center are working 24x7, setting up back-ordered servers.
It's a bit insane but they're really busting their a*s...

Well according to DV2... TranXActGlobal & eServers are direct partners - Everyone else is resellers.

I was told many companies do have full time employees that they hire in there.

I do not know the details of their agreement, but if they claim so it's more than likely the truth.
I guess I know how they got the status of 'partner', and it seems to me they're working very well too, so that's deserved.

Anyway, long story short, there's nothing to worry about. No horrible hidden scam here :D

eServers CPanel lisences are $15/month cheaper, actually.

I've had only good experiences with Shazad and Imran.

I do *NOT* want to turn anyone away from this company, and I am *NOT* bashing...

But I would like to say, from a personal point of view again... Is I am personally a very honest, and friendly admin... I don't really keep and secrets, and/or lie.

From the smallest lie to the biggest lie... I don't like, and I don't like it. I've caught them in many lies... That are just not right. Then again, this is the business world.

Can you give us some examples? Just saying that they lie, without giving any details at all, makes me (for one) suspicious.

lol, It's stupid things that I found out that piss me off... (Yes, I'm very... whatever you want to call it)

I'm sure most of you will think I'm crazy.. but ok :)

(I can't give you all the information I have.. especially so public :))

Stupid example: Random question came up, of who made there "support ticket program"...
Shizzad or whoever it is says "Oh it's 100% complete custom made by our engineers and wed be willing to sell......."

No it's not... It's made by a company called Kayko or something like that.

And just many e-mail relations I have had with them, about many different items... and bad quoting.. and when it comes down to it, bad support... They'll do as much as they can by "calling the dv2 center" or whatever... But if it means anything more, like... hard work? Then, they run away.... I've had many bad experiences with them personally, bad conversations, etc...

Once again, I am completely honest - I give credit where it's due - I don't like about where my server is, or who has access to it - Or who Im actually paying to work on it, etc.

YES.. This is how business is done, there are middle men EVERYWHERE and of course they dont want to say who they use - Cause then you can go directly to them - Well, not really for my examples... Which can't be discussed.

If I had claimed to have used a “100% complete custom made by our engineers and wed be willing to sell......." support desk for eServers dot Biz, then I don’t see how we have a "Powered by eSupport" link on our support desk. http://support.eservers.biz

As for the customised support desk, that is what is used at http://www.cabalstudios.com but I have never had such a discussion with anyone.. So that’s a very good guess :D

I tell you what really gets on my *nut* some Newbie who signed up 10 days ago making allegations against our business, when hes not even a client, show yourself if you dare.

As for the customised support desk, that is what is used at http://www.cabalstudios.com but I have never had such a discussion with anyone.. So that’s a very good guess

Interesting thread mate, man you know you nearly woke me up, but not cos i agree, but at the stupidity of yourself. EServers.Biz are a great hosting company, and for the price you pay you receive top quality support.

Some of the comments like who made the support ticket program, damn I forgot to ask that at the time of ordering the server.....

Are you some complete and utter **** or what? Stop bashing eservers and if your not happy go elsewhere, cos Im sick to death of threads that bash companies. Loose the attitude, do you ave a server with Eservers, no. So how would you know? Thats like me calling CompanyA's support ****e even though ive never used em or contacted the firm.

Get it? STFU End of your stupid posts.

And for all of you else that want to bash EServers, pm me on this board, Ill gladly set you straight .

Im just a very satisifed customer of EServers end of story.

eservers.biz are great, I have only one thing to complain about and that is slow setup of servers I know they are under alot of pressure with their recent sale, and I would like to keep all our servers with them. They have given us great support. and great equipment and thus why I can wait a little while longer.

I replied via pm that I just guessed :) well I did sorta... every one 'writes' just a little different than the next person... the way they punctuate, the words they use and in what order when describing something. I just searched for a similiar 'speach' pattern and thought it was you :D
