Hi,

I host my friend's website, and he was asking me today about coldfusion, asking if it was possible to have his site so he could upload .cfm documents (iguess?) to the ftp... I told him the server is linux, however i have never done anything with coldfusion, or coldfusion + linux.

Is there some kind of DSO module i can just load? Ors omething i hav eto compile in? statically? Does anyone know of how i can get coldfusion working ? It's only goign to be for one site

I'm assuming its either some module, or its some seperate software that runs off a seperate IP? in its own dir etc?

Kind of like chillisoft

Anyone have any idea on how i can get this to work?

Even more... last time I check, coldfusion doesn't support running for multiple user under Linux, unlike Chilisoft ASP. So, each user need to have one copy of coldfusion, ouch!
