Hi There!
Now that I got what times and such on what to do phone support down...Where could I get a very cheap virtual PBX...I know that RingCentral has one but I am looking for others. This must have something like extensions on top of call forwarding.

I'll recommend Gotvmail but also recommend that you look into setting up an Asterisk box.

If you have a stable server to run it on, Asterisk is an excellent solution. We use an Asterisk box with an 800 number through a Kall8 VOIP extension.

What hardware are you running yours on? Also how many concurrent connections can you have to your hardware?
