Alternatives To Paypal

I need something where you dont have to plug in your checking account. I basically need it to send someone money from someone else because they dont like paypal:eek:

2checkout.com Or you could call your credit card company and give them the credit card number to send money to.

They have to send money to me. They wanted to do it on green zap but i refuse to take chances.

Doesn't Paysystems let people in the middle east use them? I know that paypal does not, thats why a lot of middle easterns are in trouble. There's another company I think called Stormpay? Correct me if I am wrong.

stormpay got high fees, and i know a company that thay didnt pay them and own them about 2,000$

I think they can use Western Union to send money to you. It will be done offline, but that is an alternative.
