Anyone have experience with them? I know they're a huge host, but the prices seem more expensive than most of the myriad of competitive webhosting companies out there, especially the dedicated servers. What do I get in return that I couldn't get from some place like, for example, Ventures Online? This is for a business, by the way, which would need to smoothly transfer over to dedicated at some point in the future.

XO is in the midst of considering its financing options, which include selling itself to a Mexican telephone company and a U.S. investment firm, or the Icahn investment group. Either way, the company will be filing for bankruptcy. I wouldn't recommend them as a host right now.
