We have been using them for over a year and no problems. We have a reseller account with them.

They have had a couple infrastructure upgrades over the last year, but we were always notified well in advance and downtime was very minimal (and I mean minutes not hours....)

Support has been quick, usually no longer than 4 or 5 hours and any major problems are solved.
