Just curious about how many send invoices every month in addition to the recurring cc billing.

Or do you leave invoicing alone since the clients have cc statements every month?

We bill the credit card every month but our billing software sends email invoices to remind folks that the card will be charged.

We use 2checkout for that automatically bills the customers credit card every month and also send them an email to let them know they werebilled.

We are using Optigold ISP + Authorize.net
So, customers get invoice and payment receipt every month.

We send monthly email billing statements out to our customers whose cards are charged, as well as our prepaid customers. We also use these billing statements for any announcements we might have.

We use WorldPay (www.WorldPay.com) - not the cheapest but we've found their systems to be ideal for rebilling. The system rebills them at a time interval set by ourselves, e.g., monthly or yearly and also send a receipt to the customer.

A big advantage we found with WorldPay is that the customers credit / debit card details don't get emailed to us so we don't have to worry about secuirty issues with staff seeing such important information.
