Might wanna add http://www.phenominet.com to your webhost spammer list. Just got an email touting their fine services. Just as bad as Interland snail mailing me. Atleast with those I can return to sender.

For the sake of validation, I'd suggest the header and maybe 1-2 lines from the e-mail..not that I doubt most people, but it would dissuade those who just want to get at a host unfairly...
