I have creat the error pages in my CPanel, but it still display normal error when I try to enter non-exist address...

Custom Error Pages below 10K will not be displayed on Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer has a built-in (optional) feature that allows its
own "friendly" version of error pages to be displayed. If a user
enables such a feature, your custom page may not be displayed if it is smaller that 10k.
