I ws wondering if there is a billing software which lets you todo your business with more than one currency. I want to be able to show pricing in 3 different currency on my site. So i wanna be able to invoice customers in 3 different currencyand get the reports for 3 different currency

I'm not sure if it does it but you might check account lab out.

no accountlab hasn't got multi currency support it only lets you trade with one currency.

Despite it seeming like such a simple feature, and one that many would benefit from, I think you will be hard pressed to find a billing system that can do this, quicklyweb.

The developers of AccountLab seem to be very much open for new suggestions for the product. They have a suggestions forum, and almost everything that gets suggested, gets added. I'm sure if you post in that forum, they will try and get something of this nature added for the future.

By Christmas, they plan on having a whole heap of new features, that is the time when I plan on using AccountLab, as by then, it will cover all the standard billing and client management features. I'm sure if you suggest this feature to them, they may add it to the list of things to by xmas.

The real difficulty with mutiple currency processing is two-fold

1. Daily/hourly fluctuations in exchange rates. How do you price your products? For example, you product costs 10 units of currency A, which exhanges for 8 units of currency B, and 12 of currency C. If the exchange rate changes tomorrow, and now 10 or A is worth 7 of B and 15 of C, are you changing your prices to reflect that?

...and, since the prices can change between the time that you authorize the charge, and settle the charge, what price to you settle?



2. Most banks require that you open an individual merchant account for each currency that you wish to acquire transactions in.

You can bill in two currencies using CLientexec.

I've been told it will be included in MB 5.
