Well the first thing I would do is get rid of the clutter. I have no idea what kind of site it is when I first go to it other than the fact that you are trying to sell me stuff.

I would also get rid of the banner at the top. I don't think an online merchant should be using a banner service on his site personally.

Above and beyond that there really isn't much specifics I could give, but try and get things organized. There is way too much information on the main page and it will be hard for anybody to even know what you are selling.

Now thats a busy site. You have the content buy you don't have the functionality and design that is a must..

I suggest a complete re-design. Maybe hire a web designer for best results.

Your logo in the top left doesnt even go with your general layout theme...

Hi, I do agree with the above, however if you cannot afford a web designer or you'd rather have your website done by yourself, here are some suggestions :

1. The blank space just next your banner is awkward, maybe you are reserving it for a banner, but till you get one or subscribe with adsense or something similar, I would suggest that you do actually fill it with some, or just move the navigation bar above. Also the space is a bit too big for adverts...

2. Your RSS and XML buttons are misplaced, you should centre the at the top of the page and also, if you tweak your script so that Opera and other browsers detect the RSS feed directly - it will help a lot of users from searching for the button.

3. The Navigation bar should be put more into evidence, try to increase the contrast with the rest of the page, you should make it stand out so it does not get lost with the overall design.

4. The font/ font colours used in the overall texts are too confusing, they should not be to similar with the seperation bars...

5. Google for some automatic resize scripts, I find it very annoying where you have to scroll both horizontally and vertically - I am sure that other users find it as such.

6. Try putting a frame around the pictures for better clarity.

7. The left navigation bar is pretty useless and take too much space, instead you could have made a small box and have the offers scroll within that - lots of free similar scripts on hotscripts. and others.

8. Your logo badly needs a retouch, it is really blurred especially on the contacts page, you could use a prog such as photoshop to resize it more conveniently.
