Well the search tool will soon become your best friend, but for starters:
Control Panels:
Linux or windows?
Short List in no real order:
CPanel
DirectAdmin
Plesk
Helm
HSphere
Ensim
etc.
Bandwidth Management:
Typically taken care of by the control panel, but you should always monitor your servers with another tool such as mrtg, rtg, or rrdtool to catch the bandwidth used that the control panel does not monitor (remote backups for example).
Helpdesk:
Auracle (Http://www.auraclesupport.com) is my personal favorite
there is also:
Cerberus (great software)
Kayako
and many many other if you do a search on it
If you had a bit more specific questions I might be able to answer them better for you.

Hi,
I am interested in creating a company which can provide dedicated, shared hostings, and domain registrations. For domain registrations i am interested to have 1url or yahoo domains. But for shared webspace(both linux, windows), I would like to have a server and splt the space for customers. Same thing with dedicated also( reseller accounts from majors). I am mainly concerend with the shared hosting because of the monitoring and management tools. Helpdesk is not a problem a lot of CRM and other softwares are available.
Contol panels are two types( resellers/end users) even the bandwidth was taken care by control panels, how the hosting company knows the outrages. any software needed for monitoring that.
I am not a hostng savvy( a person who don't know anything in this line). I have techncal persons for manageing the servers. I don't have the knowledge of those softwares which are in need.
You can take an eg of my company as http://www.titanpages.com/
I am planning a company like that.
If possible please give the resouces(links will be helpful)
Thank you

Well you are going to need to do a lot of research ;)
Dedicated servers can be sold two ways. You could get together a hefty sum of money and open up your own datacenter, or you can resell for a current provider. If you wish to resell for a current provider, keep in mind many of them want you to have a few machines with them before they will let you resell. Off the top of my head I know these two places allow resellers:
Shared hosting would be provided on your own server most likely (you could do it of a reseller account, but if you are selling dedicated servers and the like I would go with a dedicated server). It will be up to you to choose which control panel you choose to run on your machine. That control panel will be what creates the accounts for your users and what not. Search will give you a ton of information on control panels.
If you are really going to do windows and linux, I would look at the HSpehere control panel.
As mentioned in my first post, your control panel will monitor your user's bandwidth for the most part. Look into another piece of software (mrtg, rtg, or rrdtool) for monitoring true bandwidth used on yoru server.
For knowing about outages look to a third party monitoring setup (search will give a long list of different services you could go with). The best way to monitor it is to make sure there is always somebody active (support or tech staff) who are paying attention.
As far as selling domains go you can look into getting an account at either Enom (http://www.enom.com) or DirectI (http://www.DirectI.com) to sell domains to your customers.

Thanks for your sugesstions
The method you said about the dedicated servers(reselling from the one who is providing.) Is the way i thought. Thiis gives me oppurtunity to earn commision and also some reputation in complex technical issues and save money from investing a data center.
I already own a server from layeredtech and I am pleased with their pricing model. I have some 3 to 4 providers of low cost servers and some 3 high cost servers. This will create a good amount of mixing up servers and i can also review the services etc. I did lot of search in the hardware side. Now i need to do the same in softwares.
From your sugesstions I found that The bandwidth that the mrtg or rtg is the actual bandwidth transfers. I want to have some software to moniter those. Is there is any link for the MRTG or RTG graphs.
Thank you

LayeredTech provides RTG monitoring of your servers for you (look in one of your welcome e-mails for login info).
