Hello,

I've been looking to outsource our support for our hosting site, and in the past we have always used TouchSupport and they have been excellent. Our new hosting site uses Kayako eSupport V3, and TouchSupport doesn't cover version 3 yet, and only the old version 2.

So I'm looking for someone comparable to TouchSupport that can provide Live Chat, Phone, and Ticket Support. Definately need phone reps to speak very good english, preferable to be located in the US.

I know there are a ton of sites that offer what I am looking for, but I'm looking for a really high quality provider that would be comparable to TouchSupport.

Any quality recommendations?

I would recommend fastnetsupport. www.fastnetsupport.com. They do some on on call work for us when we are busy and they're good at it I must add :)

Adios

I'm curious as to why TouchSupport wouldn't have a migration plan or an upgrade plan to v3. Have you talked with them to see when v3 will be supported from their end? It doesn't seem like that alone would be a reason to choose another provider.

My guess is that they have some internal tools that probably need to be ported to the new version of Kayako ... along with the fact that it's still not yet completely released.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought TS used a master helpdesk, and all the smaller helpdesks fed up into it?

If that was the case, it would be a major change, upgrading to V3, and not something they could rush into.

If it doesn't have to be US based, give assistanz.com a whirl.

Well, when the OP gets the chance to view this.... He might talk with Touchsupport as I've heard rumor they are looking into supporting V3....
