I've spoken to the owner and he sounds very nice. As of now, I do not have a server w/ them so I can't comment on connectivity.

I currently have a server through Serveroutsource.net and I must say so far I have experienced zero downtime, and the owner is an extremely nice guy. I would highly recommend them to you. I have only been with him for a month, but I must say it has been a very happy month :) Set-up was fast and complete. Service after the fact has been a dream come true. No downtime. And they appear to constantly be trying to add new features to help existing customers, not just find new ones. Again I cannot recommend this company enough!
Edit: I forgot to add that they are owned by Awebhosting which has been in business since 1999 I think. Also the bandwidth is multi-homed primary bandwidth Cogent and backup is Epik.
