Hello everybody,
Let's try and determine what's the average daily number of support issues based on the number of total customers your hosting company has.
Example: Host.com has 100 customers and gets on average 10 support tickets daily, thus the average number of support issues based on the total number of customers is 10%.

Wow,
Are you sure about some of these numbers.
.005% means that for every 20,000 clients that you have you only get 1 email a day. i.e. if you have 100,000 clients you would be averaging 5 support emails a day.
0.025% is 1 email a day for every 4000 clients. That is a bit better, but still seems very low to me.

Sorry, I probably did it wrong.. I meant 0.025 emails per customer.. e.g. 1000 x 0.025 = 25 emails p/day
that's more like it :)
Usually they email you often first two weeks they sign up and then they email you once in a blue moon (a few stop emailing you once in a blue moon!)

That sounds better :D,
That works out to 2.5% which sounds about normal.

Okay, I should have left off the percent sign. My result was actually 0.005, or .5%.

About 4% , however we do not have very comprehensive support pages. :(
