Our bulk license scheme works on a Pay & Go method. It is open to both license and non-license holders.
Basically, how it would work is, for a set "Top up fee", you can purchase your licenses at a discounted rate. All users will be given their own control panel where they can register new licenses, check what licenses they have registered under this system, check the credit left on their account and also to top up their account with more credit.
How you wish to use these licenses is upto yourself. You could either use them yourself, give them to your resellers, or even sell them to make money (probably the most popular choice).
The following price plans are available:
Plan 50 - $50 top-ups. 10% off each license type
Plan 100 - $100 top-ups. 25% off each license type
Plan 250 - $250 top-ups. 50% off each license type
Users can move between the different price plans whenever they like (will require a top-up).
