Just got a new cpanel box from burst few days ago.

One of existing Burst dedicated user said that if I need help such as emergency reboot or fsck, it's better to send a request through dedicated/colocation members area http://manage.burst.net. The response if faster than support@burst.net.

I tried to sent few tech questions to support@burst.net and so far it got their response within 10-12 hours.
It seem that support@burst.net handle me as a regular hosting account user, not as dedicated user.

The problem is if I need emergency reboot for my box and I send an email to support@burst.net, I can't tolerate 10-12 hours to wait the server up.

I have already sent two email to my sales rep Matthew, ask the login info to manage.burst.net and so far got no reply.

Anybody know how to request username and password to log into http://manage.burst.net??

I'm an international user. Very expensive to call USA. :(
That's the last choice

Open a ticket requesting for reboot and then call them to look at that ticket right away.. This way, you can cut the call cost down. They should get back to you within 10 minutes after rebooted. If there is any problem, they will give you a feedback too.
