You can buy cpanel for $99 / month for one of the partners listed @ www.cpanel.net.

For $65 included, don't think they can do that :D

i know i can get it for $99/month from CPanel but that is too expensive.

I asked becuase if the host that is providing the dedicated server buys in bulk from Cpanel it will be much cheaper. For example my current host (Interserver.net) gives CPanel for only $35/month but its only for servers hosted with them.
