We have been very happy with OptiGold, but we do have dial-up and wireless customers as well.

We use BillAdmin, but we're actually saving up to hire a programmer to make a custom billing program. We signed up with a couple affiliate programs, but cancelled those becaus we wanted to include the affiliate program in with the billing program, which will also act as a reseller system and customer manager.
