Hello, (sorry my english is poor)

I want to buy Kayako SupportSuite, owned version, US$ 500,00.

But I read some messages about trouble with Kayako billing:

One guy not get refund, other try to buy and not receive the software with many days, and ask refund too.

Any people here buy this software, and receive in how many days?

I write to Kayako but appear each email take 24hours to get a reply.

I'm not sure what the issues you mentioned were but Kayako is a professional company. I purchased the same package you are looking at and had no problems with the order or billing. I haven't had the need to use the support so I cannot comment on that.

Ok, I think Kayako itīs a professional company too.

But I read some posts here, about people try buy the software, and flagged with "possible fraud", not receive the software and need to fight for a refund. Possible pay US$ 500,00 and wait for a refund after many time. Itīs a problem.

I'm in no way affiliated with Kayako outside of owning their software but I can honestly say there are many satisfied users of the program. I haven't read the posts you quoted and they haven't been verified as genuine so I would take it for what it is. You never know what the circumstances are only hearing one side of the story.

If you aren't sure about sending that amount of money I would suggest doing the month to month license for a little while until you are satisfied of their billing systems then going from there. At least then if anything does happen you will only be out a few bucks..

I had no problems with my order. I am personally happy with their service. If I had to wait several days for my order to be fulfilled, I would wait patiently - its a good piece of software.

I do the order! I buy Kayako SupportSuite owned, total US$ 499,95.

I write to sales@kayako.com, asking to activate my order ASAP, and receive quick reply.

Let see if everything run ok now.

Sounds like they finally got their act together on the ordering process, which is good to hear.
